Established in 1996, Prestige Recruitment Group are an independently owned recruitment consultancy. We have gained an outstanding reputation for providing a fresh, proactive and honest approach. With a network of recruiters operating of our four specialist hubs in the Midlands and North West Regions, the group offers niche market recruitment services through highly trained recruitment professionals. Our specialist departments cover Business Services, Accounts & Finance, Finance Services & Insurance, IT & Technology, Human Resources, Marketing & Digital and Fashion & Retail. Our two founding directors have over 50 years recruitment experience between them and they are actively involved to provide support throughout the process and directly to you when required. We are an open, consultative and ethical company that want to make a difference.


The Founders  

After 10 successful years in recruitment, Jeanette Wharrad took a year out to travel Europe, and it was on a sun-drenched beach that the idea for a unique recruitment business was formed. She had a vision for something fresh - something that would use a consultative process that seemed to be lacking from the industry at that time. A vision for an honest, ethical business that took time out to really understand clients and candidate's needs was born! Jeanette approached Annejulie Webb, who she had previously worked across a desk with for five years. Jeanette knew Annejulie shared and supported the exact values that were important to make their exciting new venture happen. Together they pooled their money, planned their strategy and the two opened the doors to a humble office in Solihull. 


The Evolution

Since then, we have had to evolve more than once. We have learnt big lessons along the way and grown older and wiser, but we have never lost our enthusiasm for being that little bit different. Prestige Recruitment Group are constantly moving forward with new ways of working and expanding our business across the UK. We are an ethically focused recruitment company that gets real results for both our clients and candidates and we are proud to say that although our strategies and systems may have changed, our values have never wavered from our original vision of what a great recruitment company looks like.
