Search & Selection
Candidate shortages are not new. Good experienced applicants are difficult to find and it is unlikely that these individuals will always be found on a consultancy database waiting for the right opportunity to come along. Working alongside our client and utilising our own specialised knowledge of the market, as well as conducting independent research, we can produce a source list of candidates which we will then pro-actively approach and conduct a search (sometimes referred to as a headhunt).
We will carry out a dedicated advertising campaign on behalf of our client. We will act as a retained agent, where we will handle the complete advertisement, including recommendation of media, production, booking, management of response and shortlist of suitable candidates. We have an established relationship with an independent creative advertising and design agency to create that one off artwork and copy that will produce the best possible results from the chosen media.
