We’re a well-established recruitment business with nearly 30 years of experience, and we’re investing deliberately in growth. We’re looking for a Specialist Recruitment Consultant to develop our Accounting & Finance offering — someone ambitious, commercially minded, and ready to own their own niche.
This is a high-impact role. You won’t inherit a warm desk — you’ll build relationships, win clients, and develop your market with the support of a driven, experienced team and inspiring leadership.
What you’ll do:
Develop and grow your own area of the business in Accounting & Finance
Open doors with new clients and build lasting relationships
Deliver exceptional recruitment service to clients and candidates
Take ownership of your results while working collaboratively with the team
Identify opportunities to grow revenue and expand market presence

Experienced recruiters with a strong track record in Accounting & Finance

Central to the business, high-impact role
We’re looking for a Talent Consultant to join our team — someone with recruitment experience who thrives on variety, problem-solving, and keeping our business running smoothly. This role is pivotal: you’ll support consultants, candidates, and clients, while helping processes, technology, and operations work seamlessly.
This isn’t a sales role, but it is a high-impact role. The right person will enjoy juggling priorities, thinking critically, and working confidently with people at all levels — including senior and executive stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Manage candidates through the full recruitment journey — attraction, screening, interviewing, and counselling
Support consultants’ desks during absences or annual leave
Maintain, update, and improve our database to ensure accuracy and accessibility
Work closely with marketing on campaigns, social media, and other engagement initiatives
Assist with implementing new technology and champion recruitment tech tools
Gather client intelligence and support lead generation initiatives
Ensure compliance and smooth processes across the business
What we’re looking for
Experienced in recruitment
Highly organised, confident, and tech-savvy
Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
A proactive problem-solver with excellent critical thinking
Clear communicator, able to interact with all levels including senior/executive stakeholders
Detail-oriented, with strong process management skills
Motivated, ambitious, and capable of taking ownership
