Sarah joined Prestige Recruitment Group as Managing Director in March 2025, bringing over 25 years of experience across the recruitment industry, including business support, HR, accounting, finance and procurement.

A highly respected leader with a strong commercial background, Sarah is known for her proactive, people-first approach and her ability to lead by example. She combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, creating a structured and supportive environment where individuals and teams can thrive.

With extensive experience across temporary, permanent and RPO recruitment, Sarah also has a proven track record in business development, client relationship management and team leadership. Her consultative style, alongside a deep understanding of the market, enables her to deliver meaningful, long-term outcomes for both clients and candidates.
